He is voiced by Bender in the English version. $%^&ing BENDER! Ol' Gilgamesh usually steals the show as it is, but John DiMaggio as Gilgamesh alone makes the entire game worth buying.

My favorite character? Hmm...It'd have to be Fran, and her disgustingly awesome accent. Also, she's hawt. And has the best battle animations. Fran is the best!

But Balthier comes in second because he's so fun and playful. And hawt. Really hawt.

Then comes Ashe, because she's one of the only characters i've seen with such depth and conviction for her cause, and to display such human emotion and characteristics. But I like the other two better.

Penelo's pretty cool too, but then everyone else is just kinda...meh.

I can't really rate them all. I love this cast. Lady Ashe, Balthier, Fran, and Basch are my favorites of the party. Vayne, Cid, Al-Cid, and Gabranth are my favorites of the non-playable characters. I also love Clan Centurio and its quirky members.

Obsidian is also correct, Gilgamesh is smurfing awesome in XII.

I love most of the characters in this game. Just towards Vaan I'm indifferent, but I guessed they need 17-year old main-characters to attract some gamers :rolleyes2

This game in my opinion is packed with great characters, but if I'm only to pick one it would have to be Basch, followed by Balthier, Ashe and Vaan (not in any particular order).

I can't really say i have a favourite character.They were all mediocre to me,but if i had to choose one i'd choose Fran.

I liked some NPCs much more than the main characters,especially those in Old Archades.
