Well, I want someone who can actually read these Japanese/Chinese characters. I have searched the Net and seen quite a few "translations" of what these mean...Giant Slice Sword, Steel Slice Sword and more. So, I'd like if someone can help me with this?

Now, also, what do the characters read for Seifer?

If the actual videos would be better, here they are.

Someone told me that Odin's characters spell out 'Zantetsuken', which is 'iron cutting sword' or 'steel-bladed sword' or whatever. The precise translation is less important than the general gist of it.

For Seifer, it says 'Zantetsuken Reverse' or somesuch.

斬鉄剣 (Zantetsuken): (http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/cgi-bin/wwwjdic.cgi?1C)

斬 (zan) means "cutting" or "beheading"
鉄 (tetsu) means "iron"
剣 (ken) means "sword"

斬鉄剣 返し (Zantetsuken Kaeshi) does mean "Reverse Zantetsuken" or "Counter Zantetsuken," I think.

Thank you. I just wanted to make sure.

According to the online translators I used, hardly an infallible source I know, 返し = "Return".
