So, every so often I come back and lurk and post some then disappear for a few weeks / months again. There is one never ending trend that always greets me -

If there's a thread titled along the lines of, "What is your favorite food?!" then by the unspoken rules of closet gnomes there has to be a thread somewhere to counter. "What is your least favorite food!?"

Right now there's a "I love the word ____." thread and a "I hate the word ____." thread. "Who's the happiest person?" and "Who's the most miserable person?!"

In the past it was, "What turns a girl on?" to counter "What turns a guy on?"

I don't know why I find this so amusing but I do.

TL;DR - What trends here do you find amusing?

PS - If someone makes a thread labeled, "Least Amusing Trends at EoFF," I'm going to beat you with a trout or something.

I enjoy the randomness of the posts in people's introduction threads.

Speaking of introduction threads - I remember the trend of *PG SEXORS* and.... er.... was it EternalShiva that would give out sex cookies or was that someone else? I can't recall.

Yeah, most posts seemed to do with sexoring, cookies, sex slaves/toys and don't eat/listen to/go so and so.

O_O Was that a trend here? >.> Maybe I should hit lurk mode again...

Sex and food are amazing topics though and they are always appropriate. That's one trend I'll never tire of.

Hugging is a good trend too! -counter hugs!-
That smiley is terrorfying and... is that Napoleon Dynamite in your sig or something? xD

Another good trend was the MSPaint comics of the past. D: Miss those.

Another good reason to have sigs turned off.

grindelwald = napoleon dynamite, it is official.

My favorite trends are closing threads randomly without telling people why and making two posts in a row.

my favorite trend is putting a stop to your shenanigans!

PG still sexors newbies. He was even doing it way back when I joined 3 years ago.

Futanari.

Huh. Must have been back when I was on hiatus (read: perpetually on a private RO server's forum).

Damn it. I always miss out on the interesting stuff.

*is tempted to make a lame thread to counter this one*

As for your question, I don't know. I never really thought about it. Thanks for pointing it out!

The idea that any trends are amusing is a terrible, misleading delusion.
