for those of you who have it
how much time do you think i will get out of it?
any side quests that'll take a lot of time + are fun (i.e. chocobo breeding+racing)

the battle system:
fun, or horrid?

Side-quests are just time consuming, but worth it(most of the time.)

Took me around 10 hours to beat the story. Im currently working my way through the missions, which there are alot of. I see no reason in you not getting around 20 hours out of the game.

Oh, and as for the battle system itself, I liked it even if there wasnt much to it.

In all seriousness, if you want to extend the game greatly, play it on Hard. I'm doing so and I'm no where near mid-way and have clocked in 4 hours already. It's stupendously difficult however.

Why not have a go playing the missions. Even on normal their practically impossible.
