Are there any anime shows that have boys becoming(transforming)into girls and they have to live as them? Or switching bodies with a girl?

i have seen mangas but no animes
Gender Bender Manga (http://www.onemanga.com/directory/gender-bender/) heres a list of a few and you can read them there but as far as I know none of these have been made into anime

Anyway, Ranma 1/2 has plenty of constant sex changing. It isn't too bad either, it's pretty good.

In Sailor Moon is more of the other way away, girls pretending to be boys but that is only in the last season of the anime. Unless you are talking about the fact they tried to make Zoisite out as a girl in the dub. :/

Yes, but while at school or in their non-senshi form they are "guys" in the anime. Which makes Seiya's crush on Usagi even more strange. I am always amused in their transformation sequence when they magically grow breasts.

Sailor Moon as a whole really has a laissez-faire attitude towards gender and sexuality. I mean there is the whole gender swapping thing in Stars, the implied homosexual relationship of Zoisite and Kunzite, the explicit relationship of Haruka and Michiru, the occasional jokes at Usagi's sexuality, Seiya's feelings towards Usagi and there are probably more I cannot think of.
