Hah, I love both of them. I bet Tifa made sure her bar and Sector 7 was destroyed so she could get a hefty insurance payment! She then used that money to pay Sephiroth to kill Aeris so she can have Cloud to herself. It all makes sense. Clearly the real villain of FFVII is Tifa!
