So, do you like Garnet's hair better long or short? :holmes:

... I'm clearly bored :monster:

She doesn't need to concentrate, she needs to be in the kitchen cooking my breakfast!

Long! She didn't look as pretty with that awful haircut!

Yeah basically :D

Her in-game model was much prettier with long hair. The bob wasn't short or cute enough. In FMVs I'd be more inclined to go with the bob, but long hair it is.

In FMVs, short hair was a whole lot better. In-game, it made her head look huge. I'll go with the fourth option.

Ouch!

Short.

A girl's propriety to be my wife is perfectly proportional to the length of her hair*. Garnet cut off approximately half her hair, and doing so she halved her Rantzien-wife-suitability and I hope she's devastated about it.

*After her knees, the equation inverses. By the time the hair reaches the floor, the propriety score™ has done the same.

I'm quite shocked about the majority of the sexist replies...

I voted short. :p Much more manageable! :D

Long looks better, personally. But I'm long all the time.

My thoughts exactly.

She was prettier with long hair. It was a nice symbolic scene when she cut it, but I personally preferred her with longer hair. Her short hair cut wasn't terrible, just not as nice.

Option #4 in my opinion. :jess:

Well naturally that's the correct answer, but I prefer her with long hair :D

I love both the long and the short...I was horrified when she cut it off the first time I saw it, but when she turned around it was cute:)

Gotta admit though, I've been struggling to not flip my hair over and take a knife to it so it's about her length. I don't wanna go in and get it done, just do it myself. I know it wouldn't turn out like it did in the video game by a long shot, but I dunno:p Then again I've had long hair all my life, so I don't know...

Thats a given.

Finally, someone with some sense on these forums. :p

Short hair, definitely -- it frames her face better, and is just overall a better look. I can't imagine how annoying it must be dragging that huge ponytail along in a journey, having it wag and slap her back with every other step. Even fictional princesses usually have good taste on that end...

Short. Makes her look more mature.

As long as Beatrix doesn't cut off her gorgeous bouncy curly hair.

No no no no no boys, you've got it completely wrong.

You can tie back long hair. You cannot tie back a bob that short without it falling out all over the place, especially if your hair is thick and heavy. Trust me. I've had both a bob around that length and - well, not hair that long but long hair, and the long hair is a lot easier to tie back and keep off your face when you're romping around the countryside. The bob just keeps on blowing in your face in the wind and gets too hot in the summer if you don't keep it back in a hairband. For the purposes of adventurement, long hair may require more upkeeps, but it certainly wouldn't be as annoying. Perhaps the way she clips it back so far down is pretty stupid, but the point still stands.

Yeah, it really made her stand out from everyone else with their perfectly normal, human-sized heads.

My question is- how did she get such a clean cut from one swipe of a dagger?

^She was granted super powers by the Lord Steiner almighty.

I think she must have had it neatened up by a hairdresser after she realised that a dagger is a sucky hairdressing instrument. It was blowing in the wind in the FMV, so any minor imperfections in the cut wouldn't have shown.
