Grand Masters (Tournament 1: Halo 3)

Well, time for me to do something with my life. And that, my friends, is to bring you a new EoFF Event!

Once every two months, assuming this goes off well, I will be organizing a tournament of a different online game.

Be it PC, Console, or downloaded (Any that require a download I run will be free, and I'll make sure to test it out and scan it for virus's before linking), I'm willing to run a tournament for it.

In addition, I will be keeping a list of each tournaments winners, and they will be known forever as an EoFF Grand Master of the game. (By Forever I mean until the game is used again in a future tournament and they have their title stripped away.)

Given most free games are giving me serious Server issues right now, (At least the ones I know of), Our First official Tournament will be none other then the Cult Class, HALO! (Well, not Halo, Halo 3, but saying Halo alone sounds a lot better. :p)

Depending on the sign ups will depend on how the tournament will be set up.

If there are a lot of people, it will be a Bracket, if only a few, we may just run it as a round Robin.

Admittedly, I do not no much about Halo 3, so I'll be looking into other tournaments for guidelines on putting this one together.

There will probably be another tournament by July though, but the chances of me running another Halo 3 are slim. :p

More then likely, it will either be Mario Kart Wii, or Brawl, as I believe them europeans will have it by then. :p

2) Before I forget, all online Console and PC games you would be interested in having a tournament for, PM them to me, and make sure to mention the system they are on. Those lists will be used to determine future Tournaments.

1) It's likley it'll be a a week or so before the tournament itself actually starts, so it will be after may 9th.

2) I know GTA IV is out, but it's still pretty new, and I wasn't sure if the multi-player was actually some kind of Vs. or not.

I would be down for a Halo tournament if it's done when I'm around. But my 360's borked right now and I'll be gone most of May, so I'll likely be sitting it out.

Also, do you have Halo 3? Just sayin' it might be a little difficult for you to run a tournament if you don't actually have the game in question.

I'm down to play now that my finals are done. I'll probably suck since I haven't been playing Halo 3 for a couple months now because of GTAIV and COD4.

Oh, and you should totally do a GTAIV one. The multiplayer on that is sooo much fun.

Personally I'd say one of the race modes would be the best, but a standard deathmatch would work too.

Eh, actually now that I thought about it I'd probably be willing to just use my XBOX Live account but, I'm having some trouble joining certain games, because I'm on a restricted setting, and we don't know how to change it to open :/
