When you think about any real protagonist that is trying to stop a villian it's no wonder that they become clich'e. There are many reasons to be evil and do evil things but stopping those things always falls under the catagory of "it's the right thing to do."That being said my judgement was based more on cheesiness.

That would have to be Sea Man.

"Come on guys. It's pronounced see-man, not see-men."

No Super Hero compares to the lameness that is Super Man.

Superman is, like, the superhero prototype so he's kind of forgivable.

*sigh* indeed.

Captain America started off as an apple pie gorging, flag waving, Bucky molesting Nazibuster but he came a long way up to the point of his death. He got a lot cooler and a lot deeper.

Regardless of how cool and deep he was, he's still a big lame-o.

Captain America was just on steroids... basically any athlete in our country lol

I don't find Superman lame, and idk why people do. I guess most people just think he has TOO MANY powers. If people just think he's absurd for his actions/beliefs... he's a man that stands by his morals, I see nothing absurd about that.

I'd have to say, "Namor the Sub-Mariner" if only for the really dumb name

Superman, by a long shot. Seriously, he cheats.

"About to defeat me? Oh, then I'll just fly out of the way then use my 4 different types of eye rays and super strength to freeze you, melt you, rescue Lois, and slice your arms off, then I'll drop your 2-ton ass in jail! Not that I was really in danger anyways, because my body is indestructible and you didn't have any of this one incredibly rare substance that actually does slow me down a little!"

Standing by your morals is one thing, but being perfect is an entirely different matter. He's not interesting as a character because he's too amazing at everything, and he has no real flaws (besides being a prick (http://superdickery.com/)).

Any superhero which doesn't use their power to it's full potential. Which is all of the ones in the Marvel/DC universes.

I guess that's why I really like Smallville, because he's so unsure of everything and makes mistakes constantly. I've never really liked anything superman until that show.

Giant Man sucks (because he's also Ant Man) but Ultimate Giant Man beats his wife so he's more interesting there. xP
