Finally got Xlink to work for me so i'm excited to play some multiplayer FFT. My squad is only lvl 25 right now still working on a lot of requirements for jobs and stuff, but if anyone wants to play lemme know.

I think that you may have more luck finding potential players on more populated, generic forums like at the Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions Message Board at GameFAQs (http://boards.gamefaqs.com/gfaqs/gentopic.php?board=937312).

I will let you know if I set up Xlink Kai, as my current playthrough is roughly at your point in the game, but I only use the special characters and I wonder if they are allowed in engagements?

Xlink Kai (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XLink_Kai) is a method developed by Team-XLink (http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/) for online play of certain compatible console games. This method is not supported by the console creators and developers, and it requires you to modify your console and make use of the Kai client.

Just starting out as well, ~lv30 ish, but I have most of my characters twinked out with the abilities I want. How does the rendezvous mode work exactly? The melee seems somewhat straight forward, but I don't know exactly how rendezvous will work.

Also curious about special characters in battle, as that will really how I allocate my time leveling.
