I think my two favourites are the Four Fiends music from Final Fantasy IV (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_UoyjKK8CoY) and Quickman's theme from Mega Man II. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AXgoMsRg4SI) Definitely worth checking out. Wish I had some mp3s of this stuff. :P
