How do I make it not suck? It just hits for 1 damage and I've wondered how to improve this since I was a wee one.

IIRC, its damage increases as the party's HP decreases.

Grand Dream is dependent on Frog's current HP out of his maximum HP because the Triple Tech is based on Frog Squash.
