Gah! I need to learn how to forget!

I saw so many spoilers for a certain something, and I need a touch of help forgetting them. I think I need something eventful and unrelated that will dominate my mind, but what's something that I could do?

I need some suggestions. >_>

At least, I don't know any sure-fire way of forgetting unless you just wait for yourself to naturally forget it.

Concentrate on other things instead, like stuff that's actually important to you at this time. You mightn't forget many of the spoilers, but you'll at least put a few onto your mental back-burner for a time.
