We need more tail!

Why don't our heroes and protagonists have more tails? I think Zidane's gave this game an extra 10% boost in awesome. I'll admit that I'm a little disappointed that they didn't have him use it more in battle. It would have been fun for him to wrap his tail around an enemy's leg and trip them when he executes a successful steal, for example.

How would you have incorporated more tail into FFIX?

His victory move should naturally have involved his tail, but they'd have to watch so it didn't become too obscene. Even such a thing as grabbing it might seem somewhat too... graphic. :-\

Really cause throughout playing it I always expected Garnet or someone to grab it and pull him back when he's about to run off or something.

Nah, that would have ruined his design. 1 is just enough to be weird and still awesome, 2 would be too Nomura-ey, very "LOOK HOW KEWL THIS IS THIS DUED HAS 2. TAILS. SEE? 2! TAILS!"
