Most Keyblade replicas that you see in cosplays etc. are usually hand made by the wearers. Unless they are willing to sell them, I don't think Disney/SE made any life size replicas.

You can only look, not touch, so are the ways of the Keyblade.

you can probably get one from a blade shop, or any place that sells decent quality knives or swords, depending on where you live. i know this because a balde place near me has one for sale.

...or you can try a place like a comic shop for leads on one.
