Not really. I used to keep a 2.5lb barbell by my desk at home and just mindlessly lift it up and down while surfing the intertubes but it got kinda dull after a while. I kinda want to when I go back home. my dad and uncle used to have a ton of weights and they're still around somewhere I think.

I have been this whole year and I've been the strongest I have ever been in my whole life. However, I messed up my left wrist a couple of weeks ago and I haven't gone to the gym since then. It's amazing what two weeks can do, muscle atrophy,. I hope to start again next week.

I just started recently working on lifting a 7 pound weight. Hoping to tone up my tiny muscles a bit to keep my smaller unmenacing appearance, but then get some good strength behind everything I do. :D

Not as much as I should. I do more for muscle maintenance than for anything else.

I tend to just keep fit by playing sports rather than lift weights

Everybody should lift weights. Males, females.

Females who are muscular are sexy. Different sexy than skinny girls, different sexy than....girls with excellent features. But sexy all the same. And the great thing about lifting weights is that once you get the results you want (whatever they are) you just maintain it and it's all good.

I should do it more often but I've been slacking off lately. That and rock climbing.

I do exercises but they do not involve weights. Except my own body weight.

I hate muscular looking guys/girls. I'm a fan of the lanky look. The most I do is take walks or something though not lately. I guess since I'm skinny or "not obese" I figure I don't have to work out. Just sucks 'cause my endurance blows and so does my stamina. I used to do karate and sometimes lift weights but I quit all that.

Nah, I usually work with resistance machines because I don't have a weight training partner. When I work out, anyway. Which isn't often enough.

I have a couple of 15 pounders I used to develop longlivity muscles. Useful in manual labour and such.

One of my roommates and I worked out pretty regularly for about three months, but we just got busy with other things and also lazy and haven't picked back up yet.

I still do some minor weight lifting sometimes when I'm watching TV or loafing around. Not enough to be buff by any stretch of the imagination, but I've got some muccle.

I run instead for exercise, although weights would be cool.

I don't since my arms are quite delicate.

Sometimes I wonder if I don't get results, but I apparently do, because my parents and relatives have stopped calling me fat xD

Damn chinese relatives.

no, i don't. (if you mean those huge weights you have to carry only when lying down)

however, i do lift those small weights (1-2 kgs) just for a bit of muscle improvement/maintenance. or when i'm bored.

What do you mean? Take a few single 15 pounders and you don't need a partner.

Three excersizes and you train your biceps, triceps and shoulders.

I used to, but I've been basically skint for a while now, thus meaning I can't go to the gym so I'm getting fat and listless. :(

Maybe they just got used to it and deem you hopeless now, fatty!

<3

I used to work out and do weights 3 times a week... like last summer and fall, then I got lazy. xD And I was getting a little buffer than I thought was good looking, haha.

Never done so. I do exercise, but I've never used weights.
