Go here (http://forums.eyesonff.com/usernote.php?u=15088&pp=500) (that's your user notes set to 500 per page, which is max)
For IE7: Page > Save as; for Firefox: File > Save as
For IE7: Choose either "Whole webpage" or "Web archive"; For Firefox: Choose "Webpage, full"
Repeat for every page
