I also agree that Placebo did a very good cover of Kate Bush's "Running Up That Hill". It's still not as good as the original, though.

Also, Jeff Buckley's version of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" is quite possibly the best cover song EVAR!

I agree. Though he has done some other brilliant covers too, but that is his most well known and probably most successful in his time.
