Do you ever get embarassed when you post in a thread, and then when you come across the post later, realize you made a typo/typos?

I do. It's happening alot too lately, since my brain's been shut off for summer break.

Once I misspelled 'mispelt', and spent the next few weeks in my cellar, suicidal.

I don't really get embarrassed from that. What DOES embarrass me, however, is when I type a romantic/naughty thing that's meant for Hux in a window to whoever else I'm chatting to at the time. :kaocry2:

As a duchess and General general of the Kingdom of Typos, I make my fingers miss in their traces with pried

Typing the wrong things to the wrong people >.<

There was also a time when one of my friends was yelling at his boyfriend for being a lousy person and he typed it to me. I thought he was telling me I was a lousy person (because I was being one) so I was all DDDDD: Sorreeeee

Yes, I do. I'm always tempted to edit the post when I see a typo. Most of the time I do, but sometimes, especially when it's an older post I just ignore it.

Ouch!

Simple solution: stop making typos.

Simple solution: stop breathing.

Edit
I made a typo when I typed that too!

My typing is usually a lot worse on MSN; I'm always making typos! I don't mind, unless it's something really silly but even then I don't care all that much.

but yes, typing a message in MSN to one person to the wrong person is worse. and also - sending a text message to the wrong person! :jess:

Oh, yes, especially if it's a post that somebody's quoted. Then editing it is pointless, because the typo's still in the post containing the quote.

I blame my typos for my old, ancient keyboard that always stick.

Typos are mistakes made that you can fix. I'd take that concept in any form. I would not be affected. ¢g◄r

I don't think anyone cares about the occasional typo. It's when people type "omg u r so kl" and crap that people get annoyed.
