Elven Cloak (DoS)

Where is the Elven Cloak, I can´t remember, and I was thinking of doing a solo BM challenge, so I need to know.

As far as I can remember it's in the Earthgift Shrine. B4 or B5, I think.

It's one of the "random" treasures that you can find in the Earthgift Shrine on B4.
