I don't think we have a 7-11 in Madison. :o
The only places where I've actually seen it is in movies and Chicago.

I think there is one about 45 minutes away.
Free slurpees? Hot damn, where do I sign up?

I do, but it's Tesco not 7-11, but it's open 7-11. Also, they don't do slurpees.

I never knew 7-11s are so rare. :o
I have 2 in my town and my town is teeny tiny.

Regional thing, I guess. I've only ever seen them in the flesh in a bigger city about an hour from me.
Not worth the drive for one, imo.

No I don't. I don't know where the closest one is.
I don't know what a 7-11 is, but I love slushpuppies. They make me happy. :jess:

They invented the slurpee, if I recall.
I'm totally going out for a slurpee then, I have a 7-11 like 10 minutes away from my house. I was craving frozen coke yesterday but....this will work.

That webpage has typos. Also it shows up funny in firebox.
I love slurpees. When Ouch! first saw me I was sipping one.
If I recall, he was on the phone and apparently
(Ouch saying)
"Wait. Asian? Short? Holding a blue slurpee?"
(chemical saying)
"Yes. Yes. What?"

No I don't. I don't know where the closest one is.
Neither do I. Apparently my mom used to work at one, though, so it can't be too far away.

The closest one is a block from me, the second about two miles. We have 14 of them.

There used to be one pretty close to home where they had awesome hotdogs but now it's something else.

I live in a college town, so yes. There's one 10 minutes down the street, there's another one 5 minutes up the street, one on campus, and one that they closed recently that was about 15 minutes away.
Slurpees are delicious, by the way.

I used to live near a whole bunch of them. Those drinks are amazingly and unnecessarily big.

Barely any of you live close to a 7-11? That's a good one guys. :rolleyes2
I live 3 houses away from one and I've already got my free slurpee this morning. Besides, even if you don't live as close to one as I do it's usually a 10 minute drive at most to get to one. How do you expect me to believe that you live 45 miniutes away from a 7-11?

We only had one seven eleven close enough that driving/walking for a free slurpy would be worth it. It closed 2 years ago :o

I don't think I've seen any ever ever since I moved to Texas!
I wonder if there are any o.o

We simply don't have them. I don't know that there are any in arkansas.
There's this, though

There are only 7-11s in the major cities here, and since I live in a small town I don't live near one.
It doesn't bother me at all, though.

There used to be one in the town I live in, but it just became a Chevron. The nearest 7-11 is forty minutes away.

I live one or two blocks away from the 7-11 which is also next to a cemetery.
The nearest one is 40 minutes away, across from the Subway with the Drive-Thru.
Icees are vastly superior to Slurpees.

How is that hard to believe?
The closest one to my house is 2 hours away. I guess rubah's right and the South just doesn't have many of them.

A shame. I had a Slurpee from a 7-11 in Florida a few years ago and it was the only one I've ever had. It was excellent.

When we were in high school we used to drive around to all the 7-11s in town. Even the one in gang territory where people are fairly regularly shot. It was a good day.

No 7-11s here. The British alternative would probably be Spar, OneStop or Happy Shopper.
No Slurpees either, but I'm sure I've had one somewhere... I can't remember where, though.

You confuse people.
So what happened was Ouch! was on the phone with me and I was trying to help him find PG who was picking Ouch! up from the train station.
Ouch!: Wait. Asian?
Chemical: Yes
Ouch!: Short?
Chemical: Yes
Ouch!: Holding a Bue Slurpee?
Chemical: What?
PS. not a big slurpee fan.

Hmmm...no...it's near my high school though xD Which is like 45-60 minutes away if I walkfrom home and about 10 minutes from school! o_O
Nope. I remember when they were converting 7-11's to Kwik-E-Marts, so I drove to Columbus just to see it.
I bought nothing. Basically a waste of four gallons of gas.

Quit joking around guys. :rolleyes2
I mean you might as well claim that you live in the city and you live 30 minutes to 1 hour away from a McDonalds. Considering that 7-11 Stores outnumber McDonalds Restaurants 2 to 1 all of your sarcastic claims are really ridiculous.

You're sadly mistaken.
In fact, there is a university nearby where I live that currently holds the record for "university farthest from a McDonald's location in the United States."
I just did a yellow-book pages search for the nearest 7-11 to me. It is a half-hour drive.

Those were kick ass, I thought.
There are three Seven Eleven's near my house, all on the same street. I went on free Slurpee day with friends and just walked east. The slurpees were really small, but we went the long way back on the bus and got a fourth one on the way back >D
I love slurpees. With all my heart. Frosters are better:
