It is soo hot! Whilst walking to the shop today, I was determined that when I finally got home I was going to chop all my hair off and bleach what is left of it blonde. Because of my dark, thick hair, it felt like my head was on fire!

I came home and changed into mini shorts and a vest top and consumed lots of ice cold Dr Pepper, all is good now.

When it's hot, do you prefer to hide indoors until it passes? or roast in the sun?

I'm currently driving my neighbours insane by blasting System of a Down reallyyy loud so I can hear it as I sun bathe in the garden. win. :jess:

When it gets too hot and humid it's hard on me because of my asthma. I think its more because of the humidity though; we went to Denver last year and while it was hot, I could breathe.

I usually stay inside in the A/C and play games or read or watch TV.

I am loving this hot British weather. It makes a nice change. but we just have lots of sticky humidity rather than nice dry heat. I'm still loving it though. :jess:

I don't know where the sun is today, because it is really cloudy but it's soooo hot. I like to be outside in the sun - yesterday we had a picnic. ^___^

It's nice to be outside, then I can has tan. And if you go outside, it's even better when you retreat inside and it's nice and cool.

I need to buy some shorts, I've been sunbathing in my knickers xD

I don't like hot weather cause it gives me headaches. But luckily there is a storm that takes away the heat.

IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE SUMMER, WHERE IS THE HEAT AND SUN?

IT'S TOO FUCKING HOT. SUMMER SUCKS.

That is me for the past week.

Yeah it's been pretty hot this week. Doesn't usually bother me but the air has been so still and there's not a cool refreshing breeze to be found anywhere. And my Neighbours have decided it is "Make loud noises on machinery week".

I hate summer. I stay inside as much as I can and wait for autumn to come.

Posting from my garden

It's too bright out here for me to see the screen so there's a good chance I'm posting off topic, I just saw 'outside' and 'melting' in the title.

It's pretty hot out here

I chose to attend the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. Take a wild guess as to how I feel about hot weather. =D

It was very hot and sticky outside today. The best thing to do in this situation is to find a public building with air conditioning. I chose a museum, but libraries, council offices and prisons work just as well.

Museums are definitely the most interesting. Good choice.

being up high on a mountain in cool 75 degree dry air was the best july I've ever felt.

1) France was wet and chilly!
2) it had only just begun to get HOT in AR when i left
3) it was NICE up high in the smokies
4) greenville is amazing out right now.

so I'm relishing not having to endure a hot summer so far this summer 8)

It has been so freakin' hot in SoCal lately.

I was out in the sun for hours yesterday and just baking away. And I was standing the whole time. In direct sunlight. And in heels! God damn, I thought I was gonna pass out.

But um, I wouldn't trade California weather for anything in the world. Unless there's some place out there with better weather, but I don't know of any.

Yeah I like the heat but when it's so hot I can't get a good night's sleep it makes me cranky and sad :(

Oh! The weather outside is frightful, but the fire is so delightful; and as long as you love me so, let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

Feels like Christmas to me. :snowman:

I stay inside at all costs. The sun scares me.

I'd stay inside, but my room is like LOL hot in the evenings, because the sun shines directly into it.

I've actually been enjoying the sun. Playing football has left me with sunburn though, so meh.

It's 103 degrees Fahrenheit right now, or 39 Celsius. I don't go outside.

It was absolutely roasting here yesterday and nice today when I finsihed work. I'll put on a summer dress or a vest top and skirt and lay on the grass.

It's a mix of the two for me. I really like to sunbathe, but then again it can get way too hot sometimes, and so I crawl back indoors for some shadow and cold drinks. Around 1.5-2 hours of sunbathing is enough for me, especially when it's as hot as it is these days (30 degrees celcius - have no idea what that is in Fahrenheit).
