What is Retro Month?
Well, Retro Month is when you fish out the oldest Avatars and Signatures you have and use them for 30 days! Sounds easy right?


Here I was all year anticipating this exciting event and when the month finally comes we get nothing! So I've taken it upon myself to start this up and since it's so late we'll extend it by 10 days! So let's make this Augtember Retro Month™!

Anyway, this one here was my third signature back in 2005. I have my original one though, a Sephiroth one-- but I'd rather have nails hammered into every joint in my hands than use it.

I don't know how long I'll stick with this though. I miss my Matsuri avatar and Strawberry Marshmallow signature already...

I would use my awesomely awesome nuclear panda signature, which I'm sure PsyPie would remember, but that has long since been lost to that unfortunate incident involving a My Documents folder wipe. Left the subfolders, though. Nice computer.

Can't get much older than this avatar for me, aside from the pre-assigned rank avatars before we could select from the gallery... as for old sigs, I don't have any of them, nor do I remember what most of them looked like. I just know that most of them were terrible, and also that my webspace was full of images renamed to have .txt extensions to get around Angelfire's anti-hotlinking for images block. Good times.

Oh. There is also this little bit of nolstalgia.

This is an imitation of the first real avatar I had. I think the first one said "Jecht" on it vertically but I cba to do that myself. No idea where the signature is, this placeholder will have to do for now.

This isn't my first, but I think it was my most recognizable. I went through quite a few in the beginning before I found one (this) that stuck for a while
