I'm using IE and, whenever I open an IE window (from any source) for the first time after starting my computer, the menu bar and all toolbars don't appear. The title bar shows, but that's it.
So then I close the window and open another IE window (again, from any source) and all is well. Except for the fact that my toolbars reset. Yahoo! toolbar doesn't initially show up, and, most of the time, the menu bar is compressed. Also, other toolbars show up - being toolbars that my dad uses, which I have never used. Ever.
Again, this happens EVERY TIME I open an IE window for the first time after starting my computer. On one occasion, it occured twice, but that's it.
I was wondering if there is any way to remedy this. I'd like suggestions that don't involve changing browsers, but, if that's the only way to fix it, then I guess there's nothing else you can say.
