So after all, the missles use a Blood Pressure unit to lock-on the target (Balamb Garden) in a 'Final Fantasy' sense. Or it's just something else, like some random label created by SE. :smash:

At the Esthar City, during the transportation event through a tunnel:

At the bottom-center of the image, you will see the text labelled as REDUCE.
Maybe they did it to emphasise the circumstance of this particular transportation used in Esthar. For example, every time you travel, the more time will be reduced because you will be arriving at the destination eventually. If you view this FMV on your console, it`s almost impossible to see the text because the animation speed is too fast.
