Actually, now that I think about it, most of my favorite music in games tend to come from forests...particularly mysterious forests. The Macalania Woods theme from FFX, the Eruyt village theme from FFXII, Mystic Cave Zone from Sonic 2, the forest temple and Saria's theme from Ocarina of Time, etc. I also enjoy the music that tends to pop up in important and mysterious cities, and music that pops up in temples.




I agree! I liked pretty much all of these plus Pass Through the Forest and Dawn in Intense Woodland from Threads of Fate.

Also, the Crimson Forest area of Lost Odyssey has a neat-o sounding track.
