Rewards

I'm really happy with myself. Over this last month in college, I managed to lose almost 10 pounds. I'm at, I'd say, 118 pounds now, which is so close to 115, which has been my goal weight for years and years! =O

I think I'm gonna treat myself to little winter clothes shopping spree as a reward to myself. I've also done a lot of big things this week (I've been running all week around campus in the process to change my major to Secondary Education in English and trying to add a class after the add class date, which required a lot of signature getting) as well, so this is a reward for those things as well. :jess:

How do you reward yourself after a good job or getting through a hard week?

I don't really treat myself, tbh. I just sleep once I've done my work.

I reward myself for doing nothing, it's great, I get rewards all the time.

Sometimes, I'll force myself to do loads of my homework and then reward myself to rock band tiem, if that counts :jess:

i dont really reward myself. but in the summer sometimes when i can i lay out on the grass which is nice and in the winter i go snowboarding. but i do both when there is nothing to be rewarded for. but it sure feels like a reward.

I am not very good at rewarding myself. If I accomplish something or do something good, I just go "PHEW" and then go sit down somewhere for a long time.

When I run a mile or more, I allow myself to have cigarettes. Likewise, when I work out, I allow myself to drink.

I eat McDonald's. No seriously I probably just tell myself how awesome I am.

I don't really reward myself. I never see a need to I'm afraid but I'm pretty hard on myself so I generally tell myself to start working on all the other things I neglected to do while finishing my accomplishment. To be honest, I don't even like receiving praise or gifts from others either. I guess I just don't believe in rewards. :(
