People talk about the "Laughing Scene" with Yuna and Tidus but this scene makes me cringe to no end.

The first time I played through I figured the Aurochs would get their first championship. Now when I watch it I think of the best way to cook the crow for Tidus.

The voice actor may have gotten a little too carried away with that particular scene. I mean, I feel the energy and motivation, but if someone acted as outwardly as that, I would feel awkward.

That was some pretty awful voice acting.

Actually I feel that while it almost makes ones ears bleed, it is a very good way to show how much Tidus's life has changed. It can be inferred from the Blitzball game showed in the opening FMV that in Dream Zanarkand there is a much more aggressive approach to Blitzball, and the scene, along with the laughting scene is an example of how different Tidus perceves Spira than everyone else.

Yeah well that was the point, wasn't it? Tidus stirring things up, y'gotta love it! I mean all those negative vibes were bringing us down.

Unfortunately it made me feel about 1 inch tall when I lost to the Goers in the first match. Talk about building yourself up and then ...

BTW watching that clip made me wonder yet again how on earth the Aurochs got seeded. I think it was a mistranslation and they actually got a "bye". But how unlucky not to have gotten even one in 23 years!

Yuna's "Let's go see him" comment at 4:40ish is worse. Without a doubt.

I think Tidus' moment is him acting childish. Even the laugh. I didn't mind it (the acting at least). The idea was stupid though.

EDIT: Make Yuna's acting throughout the game terrible.

This game is a perfect example on why I tend to dislike voice acting in games.

Although, I didn't mind most of the voice acting... still wish it had the option of removing the voice acting and having subtitles.
