Which food guide does your country publish?
Pour moi:
Canada's Food Guide for Metis, First Nations, & Inuit:
<a href="http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/images/fnihb-dgspni/fnim-pnim/slide-diapos_09-eng.jpg"> ^_ That food guide here.</a>
Canada's Food Guide(for all you other garsh darn immy-grants... ps gtfo):
<a href="http://www.inspection.gc.ca/english/fssa/labeti/guide/images/ch8-1e2.jpg"> ^_ this food guide there</a>
Both food guides also recommend:
1 dark green vegetables & 1 orange vegetable/fruit per day
2 - 3 Tbsp of unsaturated fats/day
2 recommended servings of fish/week
2 cups of milk/day
1/2 of total grain products to be whole grains
(PS. My appologies to anyone that was expecting a quirpy little blurp on British comedy)
