Well judging from those bands, a band I like which would be similar is Family Force 5. They're a bit dancy with heavy guitars and yelling. Amazing.

You might dig Justice. It's electro-rock-ish.

Wow guys thanks for the feedback, and if you must know, I already have a small collection of my favorite killers songs from iTunes xD

and uhhh... it's just what I read, y'know... I didn't know that he wasn't punk o_o;

edit: last.fm has it multiple times within the tags... and surely after 20,000,000 listens someone would have seen to it that it be changed o_o;

If you really wanted, I could just send you Elliott Smith's discography. :p If not I will recommend 'Figure 8', 'A Basement on the Hill' and 'Either/Or'. The later is a lot more cruisy though.
