My brother can link msn smilies that are huge. My smilies aren't nearly as big but msn keeps resizing them. Is there a reason why?

Something as small as the attached image will still be resized. I don't get it.

MSN only shows big smileys when they're animated GIFs. You can convert them here (...). Upload a 50x50 pixels picture for the best results.

EDIT: I just saw some people uploaded porn pics there (well, with the size of 50x50)... is it allowed to link there? If not PM me for the link.
