Not possible at all, Gau mocks sabin, not vice versa. The only time Sabin is influenced by anothers speech is when Cyan's talking in the Gau/Sabin/Cyan scene and Sabin talks like him for a second.

On other notes, good job on putting in NPC quotes. Most stupid quote games don't do that. =D
