EDIT:

I just sold my Nintendo DS and all my games to a family friend. I'm not longer in need of money. So please disregard this post. Thank you.

----

I really don't want to but since I have no money, bills to pay, and I'm suppose to be leaving fairly soon for nearly a year and a half (I'll have internet but unable to play my video games). I've decided that I should sell my Playstation 2. Out of all my gaming systems, Its the most up to date so the odds of me selling it is a lot higher than my other ones. (Because Unfortunately, no one cares about game quality and only graphics =/).

The problem is, I don't know what to price it as. I'm Craiglisting it.

This is what I have.

I'd be surprised if you'd get much more than $50-75 for the console itself. As for the games, I can't be bothered to research how much each would be worth but most would likely be $10-20 at best. My best advice is to look at what they're all going for on Ebay.

Can't really help you with the selling, but I'm interested in La Pucelle Tactics. How much do you want for that?

$200 is an absolute steal for the whole package. I'd take all of it for that much.

There is 100 different games. No way am I selling it all for $200 =P

I really don't want to sell it but I'm sitting on a $290 debt and no money in my pocket and I have about 30 days before I leave. I'm having a hard time trying to sell it because I just have this feeling that as soon as I do, Christmas is going to come around and I'll end up getting money from everyone =/

Yea it'll be easy to get $290. It'd be easy to get more than that too. If you'd be interested in selling games separately I'm interested Atelier Iris 2.

I'm just throwing out numbers here, but if it was me I wouldn't go lower than...
$45 for the console itself
$5 per controller and memory card ($45)
$7.50 per game (x98=$735, or x100=$750 if you if you want to count the Resident Evil pack as three games)

So $840 if you priced it like that.

Now... if you jacked up the price and managed to get $20 per game, you're looking at $2,090. Not likely, since higher prices mean less willing buyers, but not absolutely impossible.
I'd say $5 per game and $30 for the console is a steal... shouldn't go any less than $575 at a minimum, I'd say.
Of course, I'd have to recommend going to eBay to search for the highest reasonable prices to charge per item. My random numbers are probably way off.

Package deals usually benefit the buyer, not the seller. If you have time, I'd sell the games separately. At least some of them. You'll get more money if you sell the playstation2 and SOME games. Then try and E-bay the ones you think you could charge a little more of a premium for.

In the mean time name a price for MGS2, Arc the Lad, Grandia III, or the Mega Man collection. I can't afford to buy them all, but I'd pick up one or two maybe.

I'd buy your Suikoden games if christmas wasn't draining all my funds ;_;

It would be much easier if you sold the PS2 on its own or along with a few games rather than 100 of them. Nobody is going to want to buy that.

I'm willing to make an offer on Soul Caliber III and FFIX

Really, I'll buy FFIX if the price is reasonable. I can play that on the ps2 right?

The more games you sell at once the less people will expect to pay for them. If you want to make the most profit sell each of your games separately or in bundles of 3-4.

Okay.

I've decided to sell this stuff separately. Not having luck on craigslist so if you want something. Send me a PM. :)
