Damn, I love a good burger.

Today I made an awesome burger. It had two burgers, bacon, egg, red onion and a bunch of other crap I barely remember.

What is the best damn burger you have ever eaten? Did you make it yourself, or did you buy it somewhere? General burger discussion in this thread.

If you don't like burgers then I am afraid you won't like this thread.

Burgers are awesome. I've never tried one with bacon and egg in it. I really have to because that sounds heart-destroyingly beautiful.

The best burger I had was from this random burger bar thing in plymouth which was just a giant bacon cheeseburger but it was god damn awesome. Although my favourite burger of all time was actually a chicken burger, my college used to do this sick spicy chicken burger with cheese and onion rings on it, it was fucking godly.

There is a local burger joint that makes a killer double cheeseburger for pretty cheap. It has an old time diner feel and attractive college girls bring you your food. It could only be made better if they were wearing rollerskates.

I make a pretty delicious burger because I am a beast when it comes to seasoning meats but there are most certainly better tasting burgers out there and it all depends on the quality of meat you use. Being a poor pseudo-college student, I can only afford the cheap stuff.

In 'n out burgers are awesome!

I like the hawaiian burger from Islands, with a veggie patty! I prefer veggie pattys over real meat, most meat grosses me out. I hate any meat that comes from pigs! GROSS!

But Im excited, my parents are supposed to bring me a burger back from Islands tonight! YAY :D

Best Burger, EVER:

And trust me, I've done my research. I've tried a lot of burgers, fast food, diner, restaurant, gourmet, and nothing beats this bacon cheeseburger from this small town diner called Flippers in Lafayette, California. It's perfection.

Thick cut bacon, outrageously juicy patty, sweet grilled red onions, "special" sauce, and big toasted buns.

Other good burgers:

Bacon, garlic cheeseburger from Lucky Strikes in Hollywood. The guy who runs the restaurant here is the same one who does the catering for a lot of the movie premieres and stuff. Still not as good as a Flippers burger, but pretty damn good.

Tops Kobe beef burger. The first few bites were heavenly, and then the richness of the burger sorta got to me and you sorta get sick of it towards the end. But those first bites make it worthwhile. One of the best rated burger joints in California.

And of course, the best fast food burger that I've ever eaten, In-N-Out cheeseburgers. Never frozen patties, 100% custom made to your specifications. And special sauce! Man, I love special sauce.

Burger I made myself. The secret trick to making really juicy hamburger patties is to add a bit of water to the mix. It sounds weird, and it actually sounds kinda gross, but I tried it and out came the juiciest burger meat I'd ever made. I also like to add in some minced onions into the hamburger meat for flavor and for added moisture.

Yeah, I'm a big fan of the burger. :p

juicy burgers are so messy ;.;

I eat a lot of burgers at our cafeteria, but they're pretty good compared to say a whopper or whatever. the meat is way too thick ;.; (half an inch!)

My big problem is that they're so greasy. It's hard to take a bite without having to pause to sop up the grease all over your face and hands, and the bun gets all soggy.

I like all kinds of burgers. I think a good grilled burger on a toasted sesame seed bun is the best though. I'll take most kinds.

Here I am to ruin your burger thread with McDonalds. Maybe I'm not not looking hard enough, but burgers aren't super easy to find in Tokyo. McDonalds just started doing the Double Quarter Pounder here last week and after a long drought of no burgers, it was absolutely amazing. However, I'd by far recommend Lotteria's "W" Cheeseburger. The W sounds like "double" in katakana, so it's basically just a nice greasy double cheeseburger. But OH SO GOOD!

The best burger I have tried is from this local burger joint named after the town high school's mascot: The General. So my friend's and I go to General's at least once a week and get so full we regret it.

If there's no bacon on it though it can't have cheese otherwise I get ANGRY.

But best burger I can think of is the bison burger at Ted's Montana Grill. So yummy.

Yes. Pretty much any burger with bacon and cheese on it are the best ones. I can't think of the single best burger I've had. I had a pretty crappy one for lunch today. It was edible, but not that great.
