Anyone notice the History Channel is often more fun then informative? I often watch it straight out for the lulz.
The greatest probably being: "Sex in Space" asking if it would be possible to have Sex In Space.
What's the funniest serious documentary you've seen on the history channel, or any other channel?

I just liked always been able to make fun of it for being The Nazi Channel since the bulk of their content used to be just stuff about WWII and things the Nazis did. They definitely pander to an audience more than they try to keep themselves dignified, but I guess that's what you have to do to stay alive as a basic cable channel.
Yeah I always just called it the WWII channel. Funniest is probably Dirty Jobs or Mythbusters on Discovery
Thirded about the WWII Channel.
Though I caught a documentary on it the other day that was like "HEY GUYS, IF ALIENS DID EXIST, THIS MIGHT JUST BE WHAT THEY COULD LOOK LIKE MAYBE. REAL SCIENTISTS SAY SO!" And it was ttly in all caps. I recognised a lot of the theories from some sci-fi novels.
I like the programs that are based solely on speculation, rather than actual history.
