Hi, folks. Terribly inactive for a while, but I thought this might amuse!
Visiting parents in Utah, I rediscovered the joys of snow. Especially dry, powdery snow that falls apart if you so much as look at it. That being so, my first Auron (and my mother's Lulu, to whom I added chopsticks made of weeds and several details) came out a bit corny:

The next day it got well above freezing, and I took advantage of the briefly sticky snow.
Snowcobo:

Auron (Life-sized, as you'll see from another work-in-progress (http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/auronlu/snow/auron6.jpg) photo):

His right arm lacks detail because if I'd so much as breathed on it, it would've fallen (as I proved to my satisfaction during about 10 previous attempts).
The next day the snow had gotten crusty and granular, making this 4.5-foot-tall Yuna the best I could manage:

Her right boob is not in fact levitating; it's the odd camera angle from below.
There's a lot of photos from other angles and close-ups in my Photobucket Album (http://s72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/auronlu/snow/).
