YouTube - After the Crash - Part 1 - Wall Street Week Oct. 23, 1987 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFn1G2goDQw)

I'm not sure what it is, but listening to this video puts me in a very pleasant relaxed mood. My dad watched W$W weekly for years when I was young, and Louis Rekeyser was my favorite television host before I even liked "grown up tv". (It didn't hurt that his show often featured the "elves" which were just as good as cartoons when daddy refused to change the channel from PBS).

I'm pretty sure that no one else's daddies were fond of this show or that anyone would seek it out otherwise, or that they think his teeth are at all attactive, but are there any other shows from when you were little you'd like to just have the words wash over you in a warm blanket of youth?

I think I understand the point of this thread. :p

When I was but a wee lad, my grandma liked to watch Matlock and Are You Being Served?, so those shows remind me of nap-time. :p
