Which I always do,
Apart from in the second and third movies,
In the end someone flew (sort of).

Harry remembers a flash of green light from the beginning, and the killing curse appears in every book/movie from The Goblet of Fire and up. But I don't see what Avada Kedavra has to do with flying.

Then, of course, there's Wingardium Leviosa, but I think it appears in just about all of the books/movies, being as simple and convenient as it is... don't really know off hand, just throwing my random guesses out there.
