i want to quit playing final fantasy 11 but i have to cancel my id.

The only thing to do is contact customer service and try and get it back with all your details you used to sign up. Otherwise, there is no way to get it back and you'll just have to get your bank to decline the transaction.

This is why it is absolutely important, in any situation, to write down details when you sign up to something! Not everyone has a "Forgot Password" option.
