I ask because I have to eat about 48 eggs for breakfast in two weeks or they'll go bad. :p I need some new ways to eat them! :D

Today I put some small pieces of bacon in my eggs with half-and-half and scrambled them. ;)

I'm interested in learning how to make crêpes sometime this week. :p

How do you like your eggs?

I cooked eggs once.

Never again. I gassed the house out and gave myself a headache. Apparently I can't work a hob/stove/whatever you call it.

I like to leave them runny and let it run all over my hashbrowns :)

For several years now, I've found it increasingly hard to eat eggs and not think about potential baby chickens. So right now, I think I would have to say hard boiled. And that's just maybe.

when I'm going all out I add bacon, ham, cheese, and throw some crushed red peppers on there, and scramble them.

good stuff, throw them on some toast and eat it as a sandwhich

Over-easy.

But you should try this:

- Take a thin slice of ham and put it in the frying pan.
- let it sit for a minute, then flip it and put the egg on it.
- slice up some tomatoes and put the slices over the white part.
- take some slices of cheese and make a cheese layer over that, one slice thick(or it won't melt properly in time)
- add some seasoning to taste(try pizza spices).
- toast some bread and place the egg a la dennis on it.

I've been told I make an awesome omelet. Bacon pieces, cheese, egg, it's basically a heart disease sandwich, but it tastes so good.

How? Baby chickens taste nothing like eggs.

Yolk must be broken or I will gag. So broken yolk, fried, and slightly overcooked would be my favorite. Scrambled is good too.

I guess as long as the yolk isn't liquid, I'm okay with it.

Eating a week old egg sandwich with the yolk still liquidy kind of made me hate runny yolk. :yuck:

You don't always have to eat eggs in breakfast.

Try egg salads, sandwiches, eggs over/in fried rice, herb baked eggs, etc. If you really want to use up the eggs quickly, try baking. Baking requires a ton of eggs. Or if you're really adventurous, try making your own pasta or egg noodles.

My personal favorite is to have eggs sunny side up or over easy on top of Kimchi fried rice and drizzled with sesame oil. SO smurfING GOOD.
