I read the topic as 'chopsticks'

I've been able to use them since I was a kid. They get regular use in my house. BJ uses them too.

No.

I can use them, but it isn't a natural thing for me and takes a little bit for me to get used to it. I'd much rather use a fork.

No.

I'll put it this way, I wouldn't starve if I had to use them.

Because you could use your fingers?

I would stab whoever stole my fork in the eye with mine.

I can use them to get the food in my mouth. Now whether I'm using them correctly is another story.

I try. I really do, but I inevitably end up picking up a fork in the end. :cat:

It took me a while, but I'm rather good at using them.

*I wouldn't starve if I had a ninja superglue my fingers to my chopsticks and cut off my other hand and restrained my head away from food so I could only move my hand.

It's my utensil of choice. I even eat spaghetti with chopsticks. :p

I distinctly remember when I was finally able to use adult chopsticks rather than baby ones (http://daddytypes.com/archive/chopstick_kids.jpg). I was so proud.

But I hate metal chopsticks. Too slippery.

I remember my first time at a Chinese restaurant when I was three or four years old; my dad rigged up a pair of chopsticks so I could easily use them just by rolling up the wrapper they came in, sticking it in between the chopsticks, and putting a rubber band on it so it stayed open, and I could pick stuff up with them.

I only learned how to properly use chopsticks last year. :D

I use nothing but chopsticks. They are the future.

I've been able to eat with chopsticks since the first grade :D
I use them whenever I get the chance. If you look back at the pictures I posted a while back, you'll see that I got some for Christmas. I keep some in my computer bag just so I always have them on me :)

I'm decent with the 'sticks, but I only use them when we go out for Chinese.

I do, but my technique could use some polishing.

I can and do use them though mostly only for noodles and noodle like meals.

I can use them, and do whenever it is possible. Sometimes chopsticks are just impossible to eat with, so I pass and take up a fork.

I have Hello Kitty chopsticks!

I've never even tried to use them, and don't intend to. Forks were invented for a reason.

I can use them, but I don't really get the chance to very often, so it always takes a little time to get back into it.

I'm quite the exeprt, actually. It took me ten minutes to learn to use them.

They're fun to use! I can use them, very slow though.

Yes I can use them, but I don't use them all the time.

I use them when the food warrants it. That includes pancakes and steak.

Zeromus_X

I know how to use them, but only really use them if I ever eat Chinese or Japanese food.

I love using chopsticks, I'm just as fast with them at eating just about anything, minus rice, too hard to get it all x_x

What a weird question to ask on a Final Fantasy board—I thought using chopsticks was implied. I, for one, have been using chopsticks since I was in the womb. Hell, I use chopsticks for pretty much everything, not just eating: drinking, reading, gardening, making love, shopping, playing banjo, the list goes on. I even wrote this post using chopsticks!

I’m surprised there are the few rebellious souls who can’t or don’t use chopsticks. You unsung heroes have my salute.

Yes. Yes I do.

Only with Asian food though.
