View Full Version : If EoFF were to have a sister site...

...that wasn't FFLegend, nor a site for FF at all, then what would it be about? Things such as Mistwalker games may spring to mind, or maybe Diablo games, the RPG genre? A different style of game such as FPS games or possibly even something entirely different, like a site dedicated to fans of Djibouti's national hockey team. But seriously, what do you think a potential sister site should be about?

A few years ago, in it's prime, I would've said tga.

But now, probably Fool's gold.

No, no, no. Not an existing site. :p If we were doing existing sites, FFLegend and tGA are pretty much there or thereabouts anyways. And FG as a sister site would be like Something Awful being a sister site to a site dedicated to emo culture. :p

Maybe old games?

Like the click&point games, and the earlier RPG's.

Or maybe an online gaming community site. You make boards based on games and get people who have the same games and know each other meet there, so they can play together. Kinda like what happens sometimes here in the gamer board.

I wouldn't really describe This page is parked free, courtesy of GoDaddy.com as an "existing site".

edit: oh wait, that doesn't even come up anymore, it's completely 404.

FFLegend's been dead for at least a year, afaik. Unless they just moved to a new domain name and forgot to tell everyone.

I was one of those four.

After that guy left, the girl on there left too, then I did as well.
