Okay so I go to forest just outside of Istory and beat Ramuh, but when I check my summon spells he's not there, am I missing something or what?

Ifrit shiva and carbuncle appear in places, often like a green energy ball. You may have seen when you fight Shiva what I'm taking about. Ifrit was found in the libary of ancients, right in a book
