Sandalwood Chop, I need help.

Okay so I have looked everywhere in Archades and can not find that last Pinewood chop needed to get the Sandalwood chop, and enter Central, And it's driving me mad! Do you need to do anything special or unique to get the last one besides pairing up the citizens? Because I have paired up every last one i could find and it still left me one short. Or can you only get it after a certain point in the storyline, or do you get it as a part of the storyline? If anyone could help I would be extremely grateful.

Nope, it's a pair-up, the only way to get pinewood chops. There are 6 in Nilbasse, 9 pairs in Molberry, 6 in Trant and 7 in Rienna. That's 28 total for the Sandalwood chop which you'll need in order to get to Grand Arcade and Highgarden Terrace. You only need 9 pinewood chops to get to Central.
