What social networking sites do you use the most?

I personally use facebook a lot to talk to people I know in real life, I've tracked a lot of them down from high school and middle school. :jess: I've also got quite a few eoffefers on there.

I use last.fm to talk to people who have similar tastes as me in music.

I also sometimes use twitter, but not very frequently, since I don't really see too big of a purpose. I mostly spam facebook with my status updates. =P

I despise youtube mostly because I hate watching short videos. But it does have some informative things on there... and the music videos aren't bad. That's how I saw Interstella 5555. But I hate when people spam me with youtube links. >:C

I also use tumblr and livejournal for writing down stuff that happened and creative like things. I also like reading other people's LJs.

I caved in and got a Facebook just a few weeks ago, just to see what the hype was all about. It seems like a neat enough place. I have an LJ, mostly just to be able to read friends-only journals. A last.fm, periodically I converse via shoutbox there, but not so often these days. I have a virtually unused Twitter. What more... I guess you could call DeviantArt a social network of sorts, I have an account there although I haven't uploaded anything in a long time.

Facebook has taken over Norway, everyone uses it except a few hippies who hates all popular things by default.

It's the only place I use to chat with real life friends. other than that there's just LJ and EoFF.

last.fm and facebook are the only ones I log onto more than like once a week. I have a livejournal but haven't updated in like a month because I'm lazy, and I haven't even logged into MySpace for at least a year. I barely use Facebook anymore since they made it into a Twitter clone as well.

Ironically I use my myspace to talk to the people I know and my facebook to talk to online people.

I have a twitter I update occasionally, my LJ, My blogger, My WoW podcast my partner in WoW crime and I update, and yeah that's about it.

I have a facebook where repeatedly now I get added by random people I don't know. So far only 1 of these girls who has added me actually has turned out to be ok. The others are annoying and mostly get deleted within a few posts or I freak them out with weird :bou::bou::bou::bou: until they delete me lol. In fact just last night another girl added me, I don't recognize the picture though it looks quite like one of my friends and the first name matches but then the friend has a facebook and is on mine already. So far the wall posts consist of her going "hey gawjus xo" and me going "hey" to find out anything possible.

I also use a myspace for a few select people or things I don't want everyone from work/family to see. This is where I go to bitch about my job and the environment. This is where I go to bitch that my girlfriend kept me home on a work night out that having seen some pics I have to say looked great! :(

I tried Livejournal and although everyone loves it I didn't and thereore I stopped. There is no point to live spaces so I stopped. I also don't have any desire to tweet although many people I know do.

I used to have a myspace, but I haven't been on there in over a year. I decided that I was gonna give Twatter a try. Might be useful. I could use that to tell people where I'm at so they wont call me during class =____=

LJ for keeping up with closer, usually online, friends. More detailed updates.
Facebook for keeping up with the above along with "long-lost" and local friends. Pretty basic updates, but more pics and more people.
Last.fm I used to use, but not so much anymore. I preferred to use it for the stats rather than the social aspects.
EoFF/omgmygame/CricketWeb for online community discussions.

I basically go where my friends go. So it used to be myspace and now it's facebook (bc my real life friends are there).

Ultimately it's all arbitrary since my real life friends are accessible via phone.

I rarely talk to people I know irl on facebook. I did it once because she happened to be online and it was easier to talk to her there than text her.

Just MySpace and LJ. Really they're only as bad as the friends you have on your list.

My major problems with MySpace are:
1. My family is on it. They like to send me comments with apps. I hate those. Wasn't until recently I found out how to block those types of comments.
2. Right now if you send a message to a bunch of people at once, if they reply and don't notice all of the different "To" addresses, everyone you sent the first message to gets a reply. So my inbox is totally flooded right now with "lol hi gais."
