I probably should've shown you guys this a while ago (http://www.projectcoe.com/nintendo/games/fzero_wx.html?var1=sc2).

I'm well aware that the screenshots and the article is probably fake, but at least the screenshots are believable enough (I'm using the first screenshot as a background right now), seeing how the quality is better than that of F-Zero GX's.
So if a new F-Zero is coming out, what are you wanting from it and what system are you hoping it'll be for?
At the very least I'm hoping for all 30 F-Zero X characters to return, since they've been there for every F-Zero game (except for the ones with very limited characters to choose from like F-Zero, F-Zero 2 BS, and Maximum Velocity). As for the characters from AX, GP Legends, and Climax, I'd understand if none of them made it in since the anime is different from the main storyline, and the AX characters don't completely belong to Nintendo. As for tracks, I'm hoping all 8 of the original F-Zero tracks (or track types) make it in, as well as Death Wind (I still don't understand why they got rid of that track, unless they didn't like its soundtrack). I also hope that the tracks won't be as bland looking as the original or F-Zero X. I mean, you could hardly tell that you're moving fast since there's no track details to use as a reference. Only in F-Zero GX did I realize how insanely fast the vehicles were going. For music I really hope they remix the old songs for old tracks. They did a really awesome job with Mute City, Big Blue, and Red Canyon in F-Zero GX, and I'd really want to see them do that for tracks like Port Town, Lightning, Illusion, and Fire Field (I'd even be okay with them using the Fire Field music straight from Brawl).
I'm hoping they'll make F-Zero for the Wii. I'll be okay with it being on DS, though they won't be able to utilize the Touch Screen much (seriously, I don't think that you could handle the Stylus, control pad, the accelerator, and the L and R buttons for sharp turns all at once while driving around 1500 kph). I personally don't think Wi-Fi is a good idea, since the speed of the races and the potential lag could really ruin the races.
