Hello, I'm Phugolz of the X-Cult. (X-Cult (http://www.x-cult.org/))

We deal in video game research, and love to dissect games. Recently we obtained a prototype version of Final Fantasy X. Some (Or all) of you may be aware of this unfinished version of the game floating around the net. I've been working with our resident Japanese expert (Who happens to be a bright young lady from Japan) to translate the programmed debug modes available on the start screen. However, I never really got into Final Fantasy X, so when it comes to features and differences, I'm completely in the dark. I was curious if someone or a group of people would lend a sharp eye to this project?

We've also posted some videos here: YouTube - XCultDotOrg's Channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/XCultDotOrg)

Check out the one titled "DIRECT NUT SHOT"

Looking at this stuff really makes me feel like we haven't come a long way in gaming since then with all this next-gen/current-gen stuff, actually makes me kinda sad...

Interesting stuff - they sure put some weird material into these 'debug' modes. Lulu's "boob shake test" seems just a little too desperate, though, even by 'Japanese game developer' standards.

It'd be great if there was some easy way to access all this hidden material in regular gameplay... it bothers me sometimes that the code for FFVII's debug room is right there on my discs, but I have no realistic means of accessing it:D
