As Rantz said, it's Digsby. It hooks up to AIM, Y!M, MSN, Gtalk, ICQ, Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, and Hotmail. I think that's it... maybe.

Most programs are easily accessible from Start menu or quick launch toolbar. I don't know why I haven't put the emulators in quick launch also.
