I like the drums on GH4 better.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, until they make a lag compensation that works (or in the case of GH:WT, a drumset that works), I consider rhythm music games like this to have died for me after GH2.

I like both Rockband 2 and Guitar Hero. I LOVE Rockband's song selection, but I just can't keep away from Guitar Hero's in-game design :( it's so...awesome! colored circles are the best :D

I would say Rock Band 2. GH:WT just felt very meh to me. It probably also has something to do with me being a Harmonix fanboy.

I like Rock Band more than any Guitar Hero. Although I love them both. :]
I prefer Rock Band 2's song list, so there you go.

I hate the way they handled singing the song in GHWT and I like that Rockband is less forgiving when it comes to hitting notes.
RB2 wins =D

Never played Guitar Hero or Rock Band for that matter. It's just never interested me. However, the new Metallica one does look just a little interesting.

No fail mode is in Rock Band 2, therefore it wins. It's great to use when you and friends are at a party (possibly drunk) and you or an inexperienced player does not have to worry about runing a song for everyone.
I would say the Guitar Hero drums are better if they:
A) Worked
B) Worked
C) I really wish they worked right

I must have used the only working set in the world.

I made a Rock Band vs Guitar Hero thread already, but not as specificly as you. Rock Band 2.

My drums for GH:WT work fine, though I don't use them that often.
I've not played RB2, only RB1. I like GH:WT, though. I love the song selection, and prefer circles to those little squares.

Everyone knows saxophone hero is where it's at.

If memory serves, Rock Band games expect you to play the same songs over and over in order to advance. That's fine for a professional music career but in a video game? No thanks.
Guitar Hero.
There needs to be a keyboard peripheral that could replace vocals in instrumental pieces.
