A "guilty pleasure" would be a band or artist that's widely regarded as kinda pap and cheesy but you like it.

I like some of DragonForce's stuff; at times there's enough dissimilarity between one or two songs that I absoultely love them. Cry For Eternity is one of the happiest songs I've ever heard, especially when walking through the British countryside on my way home from work :P

Apparently I like a lot of crap emo :bou::bou::bou::bou:, but eh. I have a wide range of music, and the people who say that are jerks :monster:

My guilty pleasure? At the minute, it's Rick Wakeman's Arthur which is better known for being the BBC general election music. It's really quite epic (in the pre-2007 sense of the word) and almost makes you think that perhaps your individual will actually make a difference!

Otherwise, some 80s music is a bit of a guilty pleasure. Dire Straits perhaps. Though I'm quite open about liking the likes of Human League and Dire Straits.

Okay, don't laugh at me... because I'm not this kinda girl, but...... my guilty pleasure in music would be Lady GaGa. <. <

I'm sorry! Her stuff is just so hip and catchy! And she can dance. > .>

I like J-pop quite a bit. Not really proud of that at all.

(though, I'm probably the only person you'll ever meet who blasts IOSYS from his car)

Shakira. :roll2

I listened to her Spanish songs long before I ever listened to any music in English, and I still love her. ^_^

I have no guilty pleasures, because I am not embarassed for being myself and liking the music that I do.

However, I probably get the most eyebrows raised when I blast jrock and visual kei music.

It's either that, or my music is just too loud for them.

I'm embarrassed to admit really loving Lady GaGa's music, because her looks and personality are about as charming as a visit to the gynecologist.

Largely just stuff on the radio that's dumb as hell but still catchy. Kiss Me Through The Phone, Boom Boom Pow, whatever that T-Pain song is about "blame it on the alcohol," and yes, Love Game. Lady Gaga knows how to make catchy licks, even if every lyric in her song is only slightly more subtle than Jimmy Buffet's "Let's Get Drunk And Screw."

Early Dolly Parton.

You should feel no guilt for that, sir. Only righteousness.

I have no shame. I blast all the crappy music I love just as I blast all the fantastic music I love.

I love Boom Boom Pow. Ever looking for good work out music? Most of the Black Eyed Peas stuff is great for that. Blame on the Alcohol is something I'd never download myself but I know the chorus well and sing it when it's on the radio. xD

I'm not embarassed to say I like any music. It's music. -shrug- I listen to anything and everything. Rap, country, pop, foreign, rock, alternative, techno, classical, polka, etc.
